Jeff has been a member of Ricochet Cellars since the beginning and, like the others, met the group through on-line forums and other wine-related events. Having spent 15 years in the graphics & production printing industry, Jeff’s day job is in sales for a major IT company. He saw the formation of Ricochet as his opportunity to get into the wine business with an eager group of business-minded wine lovers. Jeff coordinates major operations and large projects for the winery.

Dandridge has been collecting wine for several years and his passion for wines led him to help form Ricochet. He has helped manage other wine projects since 2004. Dandridge is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in International Business. He currently works at a high end wine retailer in the Napa Valley. Dandridge is involved with many online wine groups as well as being very active with some local wine organizations.

Chris was bitten by the wine bug in early 2000. The wine that did it? 1982 Latour. Since that proverbial epiphany, he has sought out quality wines with extreme aging potential, concentrating on the wines of Bordeaux as well as the Rhone regions of France. However, since 2000, the prices of these wines has increased exponentially making it difficult to continue exploring those regions. The logical answer to this problem was to make ultra high quality wines from the traditional varietals of the Rhone and Bordeaux with a bunch of friends……thus began the journey to create our wine. Making the best wine possible, out of the best grapes possible with close friends is his goal. Chris works closely with the growers and plays a huge role in creating these fine wines. Dr. Page currently practices podiatry in Yuba City, CA

Phil Portiera - Owner - Carlsbad, CA

Phil has always enjoyed wines with family and friends, particularly those from California. New Years 2000 uncorked a new interest in fine wines with a glass of a 1996 Chateu St Jean Cinq Cepages. After that, he began exploring, researching and tasting wines from a variety of exclusive vineyards in search of distinctive quality. He enjoys the leisurely Southern California lifestyle in Carlsbad that affords him the time to sample bottles from near and far. The opportunity to be part of Ricochet Cellars opens a new door to share the fine wine experience with many.

Alex Winsberg - Owner - Costa Mesa, CA

Alex is a long time wine fan and has been appreciating and collecting wines for most of his adult life. He has been fortunate to visit vineyards and wineries, not just in California, but in Europe and Australia as well. An attorney at law, Alex handles an Alcohol Beverage practice, which provides a crucial and vital service to California wineries, importers, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses that must comply with various laws and regulations. Involvement in the Ricochet Cellars project at the ownership and winemaking level was a natural extension of Alex’s passion for all things wine.
